What is Unchained Music's policy on repeat copyright infringement?

Last updated on
May 6, 2025

Unchained Music maintains a strict policy on copyright infringement in line with industry standards and our agreements with digital service providers (DSPs).

If a user is found to be repeatedly submitting content that infringes on the rights of others, their account will be subject to escalating consequences. This may include warnings, removal of content, suspension of distribution privileges, and ultimately permanent account termination. In severe cases such as fraud, impersonation, or knowingly distributing stolen material, we may report the account to DSPs and relevant rights organizations for further action and immediately terminate your account and/or take down your music

Our goal is to protect legitimate artists and maintain trust across the ecosystem. We take every report of infringement seriously and encourage users to only submit content they fully own or have the legal right to distribute. You can read more in our Distribution Agreement and Content Policy.
